The privacy policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Rue Gembon does not own or control, or to people that Rue Gembon does not employ or manage.

This privacy policy was reviewed and updated to take into account new data protection laws coming into force across the european union, particularly the general data protection regulation (also known as the gdpr).

Please note that if you place an order on the site, we will send you an email to acknowledge your order and to provide any updates on the status of your order. After your order is processed and/or delivered, we no longer keep your credit card details. We use the third party service provider (I.E. Paypal) to process payments.

Once you create an account or register with rue gembon, you are automatically included in our updates, newsletters and/or correspondences. In each case you will be able to unsubscribe from marketing communications and we will give you this opportunity every time we send you a marketing communication.
